You'll want to have the camera on tripod for this project. If you go handheld it will be very difficult because you'll be trying to coordinate two moving objects (the background & the coffee cup) at the same time. boo
Video track 1 is where I videotaped the coffee cup and masked out the background (the table). Then I set the event velocity to zero, since I taped it without tripod and it was a bit jiggly. At the end of the coffee cup I added a generated media and keyframed it to make it move.
Video track 2 is where I taped the classroom using tripod.
Audio track 3 is classroom audio from video camera.
Audio track 4 is sound effects.
