Here's the clips to use Intro, Ending, G1, G2, G3

(1a) Trim ends of clips
(1b) Trim guest clips to less than 20 sec
(1c) Event Pan/Crop on guests
(1d) Transitions between guests
(2) Audio levels (use two audio tracks). Guest audio on seperate track so it can be boosted as a whole. Use mixer.
(3) Use EQ on guest audio to try and clear it up a bit.
(4) Graphics with transitions
(5) Fade to black at end.
(6) At beginning fade in from intro graphic. If you need a bit of space at the beginning to add a graphic do this: CTRL+A and slide everything to the right a small bit.

Your timeline should probably look something like this in the end.
