Use these four short clips VV1, VV2, VV3, VV4. Right click, Save Target As to your video drive and add them to a new Vegas project.
On the basic level, to make these clips run backwards if VERY simple.
(1) Insert>Video Envelope>Event Velocity. Your clip will now have a green line on it. Move the green line to speed the clip up (maintain forward motion), move the line down to reverse the clip.
Right click the rectangle at the left of the green line to see some options
(2) You can also double click the green line to add points (just like keyframes) to make the video speed up or slow down at different points.
