When you first put your pictures on the time line, you need to goto Event Pan/Crop and on the left side, click Source, Maintain Aspect Ration>No
Again we'll be using keyframes. Four pictures will be fullscreen for the first second. Then every one second one picture will go to a corner over the course of two seconds.
