Video Interview

Refer to what you have read about Video Interviews.before starting this project.

Your final output for this project will be a 60 second interview. You will work with a partner on this.

(1) Write 5 questions that you will ask your interview subject. Email these to me. . Interview topic: Summer vacation. Note: All students send these in

(2) One person in your group will be on camera (interviewee) , the other will be the interviewer.

(3) Select a taping location. Sound will be a problem because we cannot connect microphones to the consumer camcorders. Try and get a location for good sound. Positioning the camcorder as close to the interview as possible. Don't set camera far away and zoom in to your shot, rather, zoom out all the way and move camera backward of forward to get your shot framed how you like.

(4) Your 60 second IV will use several different shots which will be edited together since we're using a single camera to shoot this.

(5) Add name graphics

(6) Slow spin 3D text saying the two first names of the people getting credit for this video. Make the name of the cameraperson in bold.
