(1) Drag the picture to two video layers of your timeline.
(2) Mask out the first row of students on the top picture. In case you forgot, Event Pan/Crop, check Mask at the botton, and use the Anchor Creation Tool.
You'll know it's masked properly because everything outside of the mask will be darkened out - meaning it's transparent now.
(3) Add a text track between the two video tracks. Keyframe animate your name crossing in between the first two rows of students like seen in the sample video.
(4) Render as WMV 100kbps and email to me.
