Here's what you'll see in the account information screen.  You may want to change your password here.
Mail Preferences:
The from name is what people will see when they get a message from you (before you open it)
Mail Preferences:
You should set your replying as seen to the left.
Mail Preferences:
You might want to save a copy of each sent message.  Then you can "prove" if you sent something to me.
You can Add color and Graphics to your e-mail by clicking the link.
If you choose Add Color and Graphics you'll have additional toolbars to use when you compose e-mail.
Create a new folder:
Click on Folders (toolbar on far left) and you'll see this.  If you want to make a folder to save all of my confirmations--name it something like Mr. Martin.
Move Messages to new folder:
Put a check next to the messages you want to move.  Choose the folder you want to move them to, and click the move button.
