Stock Market Simulation

Phase I:  You will select 10-15 stocks.  You will enter the price data into Excel.

Phase 2: You will track the prices for several weeks.

Phase 3: You will make an imaginary  $50,000 investment based on the data you've collected.

Phase 4: You will track your investment.  

Phase 5: We'll determine who "won" in our class.

 

There are two main stock markets where you can "buy" stocks. 

New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)  

 Nasdaq.

Remember:  The rule in the stock market is BUY LOW, SELL HIGH!

You may wish to set up your spreadsheet something like this:
